D. 37776, and the coding and forwarding of export declarations, set forth in T. D. 37531, are not affected by this decision. 22. Sale of blanks.--Shipper's export declarations may be obtained from collectors of customs at the price of 25 cents per block of 100. Declarations may be printed by private parties providing they conform strictly to the official form in size, wording, color, and arrangement, including the instructions printed on the back thereof, mechanical compilation requiring uniformity. 23. Exporters should secure a copy of Schedule B, classification of commodities governing statistical returns of exports, as the information contained therein will be of value in the preparation of export declarations. Schedule B is sold for 5 cents by the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, D. C, and by the district officers of the Bureau of Foreign and Domestic Commerce at New York, Boston, New Orleans, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and St. Louis. 24. Correspondence.--Correspondence relative to export procedure should be addressed to the collector of customs concerned or to the Secretary of the Treasury, Washington, D. C; relative to export statistics, to the Secretary of Commerce, Washington, D. C. 25. The next edition of the export declaration, Customs Form 7525, will be amended to omit the names of consignees and other matter required by the trading-with-the-enemy act, but any official forms of previous editions in the possession of private parties may be used until January 1, 1921. 26.
