A Comprehensive Assessment of Biological Function of Newly Sequenced 'Yutk' Gene in Basillus Subtilis (Danish, Paperback)

Alle disse stammer samt WOT 22 blev analyseret ved faenotypisk ekspressions undersogelser, og der blev malt beta-galactosidase-aktivitet af yutK stammen (WOT 22) og kontrol stammen WOT 268(3) i 7 punkter pa vaekstkurven. Resultaterne viste, at yutK stammen (WOT 22) havde h.h.v. 2,45, 0,79 og 0,90 fold lavere beta-galactosidase aktivitet fra eksponentiel til stationaer fase, nar stammen voksede pa flydende h.h.v. LB medie og minimal medie med h.h.v. glucose og succinate samt glutamate tilsat. Imens kontrol stammen WOT 268(3) havde h.h.v. 8,12, 1,47 og 2,06 fold lavere beta-galactosidase aktivitet fra eksponentiel til stationaer fase, nar stammen voksede
