J'ai dit du Jief ayant justice, parce qu'une terre roturiere ne pent etre seignurie, ny avoir justice. Que si la justice vient d'etre concedee a un Franc aleu, il dement noble a cette occasion; parceque toute terre qui est en dignite est noble." textit{ 8.
