Departing, in this instance, from general gardening, it is meet that a work of specialist character should deal with the flower that is more ardently loved and widely grown than any other. Hence our irepration of The Rose Growers Treasury. To justify its production, a book of technical character must teach some thing and provide information which is fresh as well as serviceable.
