The main purpose of this handbook is to provide tools for both young people andadults who want to establish drug prevention programmes with the participation andactive involvement of youth and the community. This handbook will also be useful tothose who are already involved in existing youth drug prevention programmes and whoare interested in assessing and improving their established programme.
