Gary Leroy Brown (born July 1, 1969 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Houston Oilers in the eighth round of the 1991 NFL Draft. He is currently the running backs coach for the Cleveland Browns. A 5'11," 230-lb. running back from Penn State, Brown played in eight NFL seasons for three different teams from 1991 to 1999. Brown rushed for over 1,000 yards twice in his career.
