Harri Tikkanen (born June 2, 1981 in Lappeenranta) is a Finnish ice hockey defenceman who currently plays professionally in Finland for Lukko of the SM-liiga. He won Matti Keinonen trophy as SM-liiga plus/minus leader in 2009-10 season. Ice hockey is a team sport played on ice, in which skaters use wooden or composite sticks to shoot a hard rubber puck into their opponent's net. In regions where it is popular, the game is often referred to simply as hockey. In some countries, it is known simply as "hockey"; however, the name ice hockey is used in countries in which the word hockey is generally reserved for another form of hockey, such as field hockey or street hockey.
