The story is about Neek, an African American female who's lover, Al Grissom is in jail and is afraid that his crime associates will turn on him. Al Grissom sends Neek out on a mission to eliminate all those he felt were a danger to him gaining his freedom. In the process of eliminating her lovers associates Neek becomes obsessed with her mission and turns into a serial killer. Between the drug war raging in the city and the brutal slaughter of drug dealers the police have their hands full.
