Mr. Markley.--I move the report be adopted and placed on record in our Proceedings. Motion seconded and carried. President.--Next thing will be unfinished business. Has any member anything to offer under that head? Secretary Patterson.--Mr. President, under the head of unfinished business there is a matter that came up before the Executive Committee of this Association the other night in the way of a communication from the Roadmasters' Association from Mr. Walker, in regard to our meeting the same week that they meet and at the same place. It is suggested that we meet the three first days of the week, or, that is, that one Association meet the three first days of the week and the other the three days following, so we can mingle together, or enjoy each other's outing, by holding the conventions together at the same place and the same time. The Executive Committee have referred the matter to the Convention. Mr. Pickering thereupon read the following letters from Mr. I. O. Dear Sir: --I am directed by the Executive Committee to ask you to ascertain if your Executive Committee can arrange to have your meeting take place on the third Tuesday in September instead of the third Tuesday in October.
