Planning for Property Success in New Zealand (Paperback)

This book takes readers through the necessary steps to establish a goal for their property investments. It shows how to analyse their current situation, present alternative strategies that are available to them, and how to put all these factors together to form a realistic and personalised plan for them to follow. The core of the book examines and explains the six key strategies to follow so the reader's goals can be achieved. The six strategies relate to the choice of property investment: an ordinary property, a bargain property, a 'fixer-upper' property, a development property, a 'pay off debt' property, and a 'borrow and never pay off' property. Example of how each strategy works, its good and bad points, who it would suit, real life examples, and implementation procedures (action plans) are included. Andrew King has been a long-term committee member of the Auckland Property Investors Assn, and is its current president. He established the national publication, RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY INVESTOR magazine, and was its editor until 2003. He speaks regularly at property investment seminars, has written for several magazines and newspapers, and is often sought by radio and television to share his knowledge on property investment matters. Andrew is the co-author of the bestseller THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY IN NEW ZEALAND.
