Sleepwalk: "Fear is the Only Tether Between Body and Spirit" (Electronic book text)

In his teen years, John Romano discovers that he has the ability to project "out of body" He uses this gift to watch young girls undress while in his spiritual state. Voyeurism becomes his obsession. As an adult, he tries to suppress this perversion, but isn't successful. His next voyeuristic attempt results in his being a spiritual witness to a rape/murder, which focuses him on a new interest - amateur sleuthing. The problem is that he can't reveal how, or why, he was at the scene of the crime. This sets the tone for his long term interaction with a Columbo-like police lieutenant.
