When I was growing up in Meridian, Mississippi, abreak-dancing, a abike-performing, a and arap-singinga were very popular; writing rap songs was the start of my creativity and started around 1983. My family moved around a lot. As a result of visiting and living in different parts of the US, I have taken in different views and lifestyles. Now that I am back home in Meridian, happily married, working as an IT computer technician, in church, and reading over my poems, I decided to share my work with the world. To me, every personas life is filled with poetic moments; poetry is the rhythm of life. Poetry is a way to explain the unexplainable. Poetry is happy, sad, peaceful, angry, and holy. Poetry, to me, is a glance into other dimensions.
