"WALL MOUNT: BADLY DESIGNED" by JAN B. -
The mount does not work when TV is hanging on it. The spring loaded bottom clip does not engage to keep the TV tight to the wall bracket. The TV is hanging on the top hook. It can be bumped off... The supplied wall mount bolt/screws are bad quality. The one head broke off while tightening it.
