The Pera Museum (Turkish: Pera M zesi), is a private art museum and gallery located in Istanbul, Turkey, which was established in 2005 by the "Suna and nan K ra Foundation." Suna K ra is the youngest daughter of the late Turkish tycoon Vehbi Ko, and nan K ra her husband. The collection is housed in the former Bristol Hotel, constructed 1893 in Tepeba, Beyo lu by architect Achille Manoussos.The museum exhibits three permanent collections Anatolian Weights and Measures, K tahya tiles and ceramics, and Orientalist art.
