Opus - the lovable, neurotic penguin from Berkeley Breathed's Pulitzer Prize-winning "Sunday" strips - is back! Joined by his hilarious "Bloom County" and "Outland" supporting cast - including Bill the Cat, Steve Dallas, Ronald Ann, Binkley, and Milo - this airmail stationery pad celebrates twenty years of classic, strange, and unforgettable Opus moments. It includes 5 different airmail designs and full-color envelopes. Opus first waddled into our hearts in 1980 as a sidekick character in cartoonist Berkeley Breathed's satirical and insightful comic strip, and he quickly stole the show. The strip, penned until 1989, consisted of an endearing crew of oddball characters. A spinoff, "Outland", ran until 1995 when Berkeley retired the strip, to fans' dismay. Now, to the delight of Opus admirers everywhere, their flightless, feathered friend is stepping back into the limelight - reappearing on the "Sunday" comics pages in his very own strip.
