Willard and Mary A. Livermore, and " Women of Cleveland," by Mrs. W. A. Ingham, bear testimony to the prominent position assumed by the sex during the Columbian year; and, retracing our steps, we have "Presidential Inaugurations from George Washington, 1789, to Grover Cleveland, 1893," by Thomas Hudson McKee. F. B. Heitman also drew up the ' Historical Register of Officers of the Continental Army during the War of the Revolution, April, 1775, to December, 1783."
