Not illustrated. 1878 Excerpt: ...of Penyngtone, in faid county sic, knight, and others, are holden and bound to Thomas Lovell, knight, Richard Emfone, knight, James Hobart, knight, Edmund Dudeley, Esq., and Thomas Lucas, Esq., by bond in 500 marks to our ufe, that the fame John Penyngtone should not withdraw (recedere) from our court to his own houfe without our licence, or that of our council; know ye that we have pardoned, remifed, and releafed, and by thefe prefents do, &c., to faid John Penyngtone, the faid 500 marks and faid obligation.
