A. deceased, in and by his last will ar.d testament, bearing date the day of 17--, thereby amongst other things reciting, That whereas by certain articles of agreement indented, made and concluded on or about the day of in the year of our Lord 16, made between F. F. Esq; of the first part, him the said Sir A. A. of the second part, and G. F. of G. Esq; H. H. of L. Esq; and J. J. of J. merchant, all since deceased, of the third part; the said F.
