I have used these successfully to attach felt to the base of various items. Will purchase the extra strength ones for other uses. They are prone to folding so take your time when handling.

So far, great for attaching different textures. Securely fixes paper and other materials used for scrapbooking. Easy to use and easy to remove, however, prone to folding. But stickiness remains even when reusing. Can recommend. Quantity not noted in description - contains 64 dots, each about the size of a medium fingernail or a 10c piece.
