The 20th edition of this guide has been revised and updated. It is a guide to qualifications awarded by universities, polytechnics, colleges of further and higher education and professional institutions and associations. It lists over 200 career fields and provides information on the institutes and associations within each field, together with the qualifications available. An index of abbreviations and designatory letters is provided as an aid to the more obscure acronyms. The book may be of use to personnel managers for identifying qualifications of potential employees.
