And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. "The envy of Ephraim shall depart: Judah's adversaries shall be cut off, Ephraim shall not envy Judah, nor Judah vex Ephraim." And they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines towards the west: they shall spoil those of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab, and the children of Ammon shall obey them. And the Lord shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea: and with His mighty wind shall He shake His hand over the River, and He shall smite it into seven streams, and make men go over dry-shod. Then there shall be an highway for the remnant of His people which shall be left from Assyria, like as there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt. (Ch. xi. 10-16.) The coming King again described. Behold A king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in justice; and a great man shall be as an hidingplace from the wind, and a covert from the tempest, as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great Rock in a thirsty land. Then the eyes of those that see shall not be closed, and the ears of those that hear shall hearken: the heart also of the rash shall perceive distinctly, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
