Magical Moments with Canada Geese (Paperback)

This is mainly a detailed account of the author's experience in observing the habits and eccentricities of wild Canada geese, It evolved from just observing them in his boyhood as they flew by to actually raising them from the time they were born, caring for them, feeding them, taking pictures of them, and just hanging out with them for hours, especially after his retirement from his job as a Canada immigration officer stationed at the border between Houlton, Maine and Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada. In passing, he also described in exultant terms his other loves - Mt. Katahdin in Millinocket, Maine; his house ("Lovelight"), which was built and developed solely with his specifications and under his supervision, on eleven acres of land (the "Mountain View Plantation")
