When the Server has answered Et cum spiritu tuo, the Priest lets the particle fall into the Chalice, saying in a low voice: Hcec commixlio, &c, making an inclination of the head at Jesu Christi; he then rubs the fingers with which he has touched the Host, over the Chalice; and having again joined them, lays his left hand on the foot of the Chalice, covers it with the Pall, and makes a genuflction. 96.
