Tiny Little Screws and Flimsy Little Plates Take the Broken Hip Far, Far Away (CD-ROM)

This work demonstrates how knowledge of the basic anatomy of innominate bone and using four commonly available interfragmentary screws (the ischio ischial, ilio ilial, ilio pubic, and ilio ischial screws), and reconstruction plates can lead to stabilization in the majority of acetabular fractures.
