The requirements for graduation in the Graduate Division are as follows: a. The successful completion of 20 majors of work in the Secre tarial schools; 30 in the Physical Director group. At least 3 quarters of residence work are required. b. The preparation of a thesis on a carefully chosen subject germane to the student's own field of work, which gives evidence of creditable ability and originality in investigation. The completed thesis must be presented for final revision and correction not later than March ist preceding graduation. The thesis subject must be selected and its outline approved by the Dean at least one year prior to that date. Two copies, typewritten, and permanently bound in a uniform style to conform to the College requirements, must be presented for preservation and record in the College library. c. The regular attendance at the weekly Conference Hour throughout the entire period of residence. d. The attendance at such vocational institutes, conferences or conventions as may be designated by the Dean. e. Enrollment and attendance at not less than one-half a term (a two weeks' session), at the Lake Geneva Summer Schools, within two years preceding graduation. The work as above outlined is normally a two years' course for the Secretarial schools. In view of the large amount of acquaintance with the Biological sciences and of technical proficiency in physical activities required in the School of Physical Education, it is difficult even for college graduates to complete the full course in two years.
