We are being forced into inter-racial co-operation, he said, not alone from high motives. Twelve million colored people in America are inquiring into the possibilities of a well rounded life, and the relationship that fails to respect their personality and offers them no opportunity vogues no good for the future. The frightful red flashes, like the riots in Chicago, Omaha and Tulsa, are likely to break out anywhere and at any time. The negro was taught that he could be a good soldier and he is determined not to be shot in the back. We must face the facts and adopt an intelligent attitude. Thursday, November 10--1:00 P.
