HD 125612 d is an extrasolar planet which orbits the G-type main sequence star HD 125612, located approximately 172 light years away in the constellation Virgo. This planet was detected by HARPS on October 19, 2009, together with 29 other planets, including HD 125612 c. An extrasolar planet, or exoplanet, is a planet outside the Solar System. As of October 19, 2011, 694 extrasolar planets (in 570 planetary systems and 81 multiple-planet systems) have been identified.
