The Ethiopian Private Limited company is similar to that of the German private limited company and English private limited company. so the book is if minority oppression is a problem in those advanced jurisdictions it should be a problem, for stronger reason for Ethiopian private limited companies too. So similar corporate strategy, if not exactly the same, should be adopted under Ethiopian law too.
