Use Dala Epoxy Resin in conjunctions with sillicon moulds to make striking and unique pieces such as jewellery, magnets, toys and other craft items. Seal your decoupage projects onto trays, table tops, ceramics, wood and more. Can be used to coat photographs, certificates and artworks. Also works well over decoupage crackle mediums.

Please Note: Porous surfaces and some papers will need to be sealed first with water-based acylic varnish.

Use Instructions	Ensure that your intended surface is clean, dust-free and dry. Mixing Method: This Epoxy kit works on a 1:1 ratio. Equal amounts must be used for best results. For large areas mix entire contents for both bottles (A&B) in your first mixing container. For smaller areas mix equal parts of both bottles (A&B). Stir the mixture vigorously for one minute. Scrape and pour any residual contents into the second cup - stir for a minute to allow air to escape. The mixture should stand for a few minutes for air bubbles to pop. Pouring Method: Work on a flat, level surface. Use a brush or card to move the epoxy around on the surface to aid the levelling of the product. Overrun that appears on the edges can be cleaned up using acetone while still wet, OR sanded off once fully cured. Dealing with bubbles: After pouring, a few bubbles may rise to the surface. they can be removed by either gently exhaling over the surface, or using a blow torch on the surface from about 15cm away. A pin can also be used to pop the surface bubbles. Caution: DO NOT INHALE THE FUMES STARTS TO SET APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS. FULLY CURED IN 24-48 HOURS. Tips: Pour multiple coats to achieve deep a deep glossy shine. Each layer should be no more than 1.3mm thick at a time. Clean up with acetone while epoxy is still wet. If the surface remains soft or sticky, you may have mixed incorrectly and will need need to re-mix and pour again.
