Dane Fletcher (born September 14, 1986 in Bozeman, Montana) is an American football linebacker for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. He was signed by the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2010. He played college football at Montana State. His parents owned an 100 acre farm on the outskirts of town, the Cannery, a bar and liquor store, and Burger Bob's, a hamburger joint in Bozeman. Fletcher attended Bozeman High School in Bozeman, Montana, where he played football as a linebacker and tight end. At linebacker, he was a first-team all-state selection; at tight end, he was an honorable mention all-state selection. He also played ice hockey and baseball, as a catcher.
