Gr.-granddaughter of Robert Sharpe and Sarah Davis, his wife. Robert Sharpe, (1742-1825), served as ens1gn ia the Eleventh regiment under Capt. Zebadiah Ingalls, 1776. He was born at Pomfret, where he died. Mrs. Henrietta Amelia Stebbins Jennings. 16000 Born in Connecticut. Wife of Wilbur Clinton Jennings. Descendant of Capt. Daniel Bouton, of New York. Daughter of Stephen Jarvis Stebbins and Sarah Bouton, his wife. Granddaughter of Enoch Bouton and Elizabeth Stebbins, his wife. Gr.-granddaughter of Daniel Bouton and Sarah Bouton, his wife. Daniel Bouton, (1743-1820), served as lieutenant in the Westchester county militia and, 1780, was appointed captain of Levies. He lost his left arm and was placed on the pension roll. He died at Boutonville, N. Y. "See No. --" indicates a reference to that number in the same volume. "Also No. --" indicates the National number of a "Daughter" who has entered the Society on the same ancestor and whose lineage has been published in a former volume. This is done to link together widely scattered families. If the number should be 4005, it will be ia the fifth volume; if 5005, in the sixth volume, etc. "Real Daughters" are those whose fathers rendered service in the cause of Independence, and their names are printed in italics in the text and index.
