A Yes. sir, V. Well, what is the credit there if any? A. $15.000. Q. W hat date? A. September 12th. 1870. Q. Does that balance the account? A. No. sir. Q. How does it stand at that date. It is footed up? A. It is overdrawn $16,671.40. Q. Are those books fair on their face? A. Yes sir. Q. There arc no erasures? A. No, sir. i Q.
