The Radioactive Incident Monitoring Network (RIMNET) has been set up as part of the Government's national Response Plan for detecting and responding to overseas nuclear incidents. This bulletin, which is the first in this Phase 2 series, summarizes the readings from each of the sites for the period April to September 1994. Tables illustrating average, standard deviations, maximum and minimum values are given for each month of this period.
