Bert Freedman's wife Debbie wants to adopt a baby. Bert will turn 63 in a couple of months -- a grandfatherly age! He fights Debbie with logic, pleading the blessedness of their bond as a couple -- two being just the right number. But he relents, knowing that she will hold it against him if he doesn't acquiesce to her maternal imperative.
