Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 Official Strategy Guide for PlayStation is a modified version of the PS2 game, with similar levels and comparable areas. Overall, gamers will find the same classic gameplay in this version. Players will once again choose to skate as Tony Hawk or as one of 12 other pro skaters. Bam Margera is a new skater, from MTV's Jackass. In this game, all skaters have the same objectives, most of which, are different from the PlayStation 2 version. Players will also skate in a variety of new global skate park locations including Paris, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Skater's Island, and Canada. Gamers can create their own characters from scratch with the enhanced Create-A-Skater mode. For the first time in the series, players will be able to choose both male and female skaters.
