After a failed teenage love affair he was admitted to a lunatic asylum where he met a pair of famous twins with a sad and baffling dependency. He has continued to write poetry in an attempt to heal the yawning gap between reality and dreams. Paul now lives in a wilderness location on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds where he is able to largely avoid human contact. He has also published Muffin Heaven and Universal Office Diary as Joe Hebden.
