Memorandum that the day and yeare last within mentioned full and peaceable possession "an 1 seisin of the Close of land within mentioned with the appurtenances - given and delivered by them tho within mentioned James Taylor, John Prest, Kdward and Jane Ibotson with their owne Lmndi unto the within named Joseph Armytage of Uudinanstone according to the tenor and eB'djt of this Charter and Deed ttoll all in the presence of these whose names are subscribed.
