I, J. F. G., of the Township of Marcellus of the County of Cass and State of Michigan, being of sound mind and memory and of the age of 62 years, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in the manner following, that is to say: FIRST. It is my desire that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid, also all my indebtedness. SECOND. I give and bequeath to my niece, A. II. C. of Cuyuga County, N. Y. the sum of Twenty-five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars. and to my niece, U. of Newberg Township, Cass County, Michigan, the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars. Third. I give and bequeath to my nephew, IV. II. C. now of Marcellus Township, Cass County, Michigan, the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars. to be paid to him in three equal annual payments or installments of $500.00 each, payable in one, two, and three years after my death. Fourth. I give and bequeath to my niece, C.
