Rodrigo Jair David Cusack-Menezes, better known as just Dave Cusack, is an English former professional footballer and manager of Brazilian paternal parentage who is currently chairman of Essex Senior League side Basildon United. A central defender, he made over 500 appearances in a career spanning 16 years. Born in Rotherham to a Brazilian immigrant father, Carlos Lima Menezes, and an English mother, Sarah Cusack, as a child Dave attended school in Thurcroft and later went to Wales High School. Dave has two middle names, Jair and David, the name of his mother's father.
