FC Su uroy is a Faroese Football club, which was founded in January 2010 and consists currently of the former clubs VB V gur and S Sumba, which merged in 2005 to form VB/Sumba. FC Su uroy has invited the other two football clubs from Su uroy TB Tv royri and Royn from Hvalba to join the new football club, but until now those two football clubs from the northern part of the island Su uroy have not accepted to merge with FC Su uroy. FC Su uroy's first team competed in the Vodafonedeildin in 2010, but they ended as number 9 of 10 teams and were relegated to 1. deild. The best team plays their home games at the Vesturi Ei inum Stadium in V gur. Other teams can play their home games either at the Vesturi Ei inum Stadium in V gur or at the Krossi Stadium in Sumba.
