Foster (born July 22, 1985 in Columbus, Georgia) is an American football wide receiver for the Sacramento Mountain Lions of the United Football League. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Georgia Southern. Foster has also been a member of the Denver Broncos, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and Florida Tuskers.
