Reviews

A definitive collection, and a must-have. Great poems and essays from a great many black gay authors of the 20th century. It's amazing at how one can follow the liberation of the black gay pen through the years. E. Lynn Harris is one step ahead, and a very gifted writer (and reader, no doubt). Flip through the pages of his favourites, and let them become you own. An easy way to get into poetry, the pyschology, the reality and the idealism of the black gay culture. Get it.
