Eisner justly observes, that the word lias frequently a forensic signification, for bringing a criminal charge against one. Its being followed by the verb haxa makes it probable (hat it is used in that sense here. I have translated it arraign, because it suits the meaning of the word in the above quotation, and is equally adapted to the original in the juridical and in the common acceptation. 45.
