DATE FOR DEPOSIT OF DOCUMENTS. Date for deposit of documents.?For public inspection, plans, duplicates thereof, books of reference, and a section are to be deposited with the authorities at the places named in the Commons S. O. 24 (Lords, ibid.'), on or before November 30th, immediately preceding the application for a Bill. This applies to Bills of the second class and also to Bills of the first class, under the powers of which any lands or houses may be taken compulsorily, or where any charge is imposed upon any lands or houses, or any lands or houses are rendered liable to have a charge imposed on them in respect of any improvement. In the case of Railway Bills the ordnance map, on the scale of one inch to the mile, with the line of railway delineated thereon, must be deposited with such plans, etc. Further, in Bills proposing to alter or extend the municipal boundary of any city, borough, or urban district, a map on a scale of not less than three inches to the mile?and also a duplicate showing the present and proposed extension?is to be deposited with the authorities named in the same Standing Order. A copy of the plans, sections, and works of reference, and in the case of Railway Bills a copy of the ordnance map, marked with the course of the railway must be, on or before November 30th, lodged in the Private Bill Office of the House of Commons.
