This book will examine the beliefs, myths and legends surrounding becoming a parent, and the rites of passage to motherhood and fatherhood. The book will also discuss common postnatal mood adjustments such as postnatal stress, distress and depression. After a baby is born, there is a time of significant adjustment for the entire family.
