Eddie (French, Region 1 Import DVD)

Eddie is the hilarious comedy about a loudmouth New York Knicks fan named Edwina "Eddie" Franklin who wins a half-time contest and becomes honorary coach for the losing Knicks for the second half of the game. When the Knicks' coach quits, she is appointed head coach by the team's new owner Wild Bill Burgess. Eddie helps the Knicks turn things around as she whips them into shape with hilarious results. At the end of the day, Eddie teaches the Knicks and their owner that it isn't about winning or losing, it's also about the dedicated fans.
