With the Fritel FR 1490 you get a handy round 4 liter fryer in a nice stainless steel design. Additionally there is a filter lid with permanent metal filter and window to the pan. It prevents the oil from splashing out all over the place while you are frying while keeping an eye on the ingredients in the pan.
