How to Report Data on Existing Chemical Substances (Paperback)

There are new European Community rules for those who make or import chemical substances, because they could be hazardous to health or the environment. Therefore if you make or import industrial chemicals, metals, rubbers, minerals, natural polymers, gases, oils, ingredients of pesticides or cosmetics or medicines; or more than 10 tonnes of any other substance listed on the European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances in any one year between 23/3/90 and 22/3/94, it is vital you know how to comply with the new EC Regulation 793/93. The first deadline for action by companies is 4 June 1994 and there will be penalties for non-compliance.
