In this report the National Audit Office examined: whether the scheme meets the Department's objective in supporting it by offering terms to disabled people which represent value for money; how Motability monitor the quality of service provided by the scheme; and how the Department monitor Motability's activities against the conditions of the grant-in-aid they provide to the charity.
