On Monday the 9th day ot April, Sir NaihanielCurzon presented to the house (according to order) abn rr4bill for the better regulating the proceedings of eccle-scnte' fiastical courts, within that part of Great Britain called England, dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed, which was received and read the first time, and ordered to be read a second time. As this affair is of great consequence, and because the bill did not pass into a law, we shall insert a copy of it, as it stood when first brought into the house, viz.
